MY LCRA ANALYSIS

This is my analysis of LCRA. As you can see I have used the image to explain media texts to evaluate the image overall.

*My test of using ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR*

In Media today we have looked at 'Adobe Illustrator'. We have developed basic skills.We tested and tried out a preview/ mock up. We have individually done our text/design for our vote booster poster.



Notes 1

- Vector based graphics, not pixel- based. This is clearer, sharper and easier to manipulate.
- Pencil- freehand shapes.
-Selection tool: Scale up , scale down, rotate, distort and markers.
- Direct selection tool- brings up anchor points & paths: allows you to manipulate vector graphics.        Handlebars help you to move things.
- Pen tool - to add or take away anchor points.

Notes 2 
-Colour fill and stroke: on top of tool bar.
- You can use the stroke site button to change thickness of your line/front.
- Colour guide helps you with your colour scheme.
- Use layers to give you more control. Lock layers to protect them.
- Text tool- add outlines.
- Create outlines- right click on selection or direct selection tool (text)
- This allows you to manipulate the text further save the text graphics as an ai file, then export it as a png file. Save as high quality.
